Hi peeps,

I wanted to blog yesterday already, but I suppose you can guess what kept me from it. My thoughts and heart go out to those people directly and indirectly affected by the attacks in Paris. I am shocked and sad. My heart also goes out to those muslims, who now once again will likely face crude generalizations and generalized accusations against their culture, religion and intentions (for example as refugees in Europe). <3 to all my french friends (rl and sl) and readers.

On a different note, don’t forget to check out Enchantment, which will open today. I’ll blog some stuff soon for it. :).

And what is my avi wearing right now?

The ears!

You need to check out these ears my avi is wearing: They are a new offer at WE <3 RP and the designers of Bent Box Avatars (Diaular Resident/Toilet Aftermath) added some really nifty features! But let me elaborate. The meshears are rigged and come in five different sizes. They may be a bit too large for my personal taste, but the textures are really nice. But that’s not the coolest thing! What is REALLY innovative and cool is the fact that this mesh is…animated? I guess that would be the right term. The ears are HUD driven, but you cannot only color them to match your skin, but also choose from a long list of animations, which depend on whether you are walking, running or standing. Some of these animations are very subtle, others are very strong and make you look as if you are about to take off, using your super floppy ears as wings. :D Some animations are super cute, others would easily work for a sophisticated, arrogant highelf. But seriously, this feature is super, super cool. I haven’t seen it anywhere else. Go get them!
